Orders

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order, not acceptance. Your order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken for the affected items.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. The total payable, including any applicable taxes, is shown before you place your order. Standard delivery is free, and no additional customs or import charges are payable on delivery.

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments.

Delivery

We deliver to England only. Estimated delivery is 7–11 calendar days from placing your order. Products may be dispatched from the UK or China and may arrive separately.

We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or someone you nominate, unless you independently appoint a carrier not offered by us.

Cancellations and faulty goods

You generally have 14 days after receiving your goods to notify us that you wish to cancel, followed by 14 days to return them. You pay the direct return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Your statutory rights regarding faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or breaches of your statutory rights.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings in a court available to you under applicable law.
