Delivery area and charges

We currently deliver to addresses in England only. Standard delivery is free.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 7–11 calendar days from placing your order. If we become aware of a delay, we will contact you with an update.

Dispatch

Depending on the product, orders are dispatched by our fulfilment partners in the UK or China. Items in the same order may arrive separately.

Customs and import charges

You will not be asked to pay additional customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees on delivery.

Delivery issues

For delayed, missing or damaged deliveries, contact riseskid@zanff.com with your order number. RisesKid remains responsible for your order until it is delivered to you or someone you nominate, unless you independently appoint a carrier not offered by us.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.
