RisesKid is operated by ZANFF LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 17415673.

Change-of-mind returns: Notify riseskid@zanff.com within 14 days of receiving your order and return the goods within the following 14 days. You are responsible for return postage. We may deduct any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods: Contact riseskid@zanff.com with your order details. Where you are legally entitled to reject the goods, we will provide a full refund and cover reasonable return postage costs. Other statutory remedies may apply.

Refunds: Cancellation refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier. No outbound delivery charge will be deducted where delivery was free.
